Mallory Henninger
Partner | Patent Attorney
Mallory is a Partner and Patent Attorney at ADVENT whose practice focuses on developing creative and effective intellectual property strategies for her clients. Her practice areas include patent, trademark, copyright, and IP licenses and agreements. Mallory also has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and practical experience in in drug development, biotechnology, and medical devices.
In her current practice, Mallory works with a variety of technology areas including computer hardware/software systems, computer networking, mobile devices, telecommunications, avionics, optics, food science, agritechnology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and the mechanical arts.
Combined with her background as Doctor of Pharmacy, Mallory has spent time in pharmacies and hospitals gaining practical experience on the field related to intellectual property and science.
As part of a farming family, Mallory is an animal lover and owns a hobby farm dedicated to raising a variety of show and companion animals. She is also very active with Nebraska 4-H. Mallory also enjoys teaching at Creighton University as an adjunct professor of law.
