Mallory Henninger



Mallory is a Patent Attorney whose practice focuses on developing creative and effective intellectual property strategies for her clients. Mallory has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and has spent time in pharmacies and hospitals gaining practical experience in drug development, biotechnology and medical devices.

Mallory’s practice areas include patent, trademark, copyright, and IP licenses and agreement. She works with a variety of technology areas including computer hardware/software systems, computer networking, mobile devices, telecommunications, avionics, optics, food science, agritechnology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and the mechanical arts.

As part of a farming family, Mallory is an animal lover and owns a hobby farm dedicated to raising a variety of show and companion animals. She is also very active with Nebraska 4-H. Mallory also enjoys teaching at Creighton University as an adjunct professor of law.
