Mallory’s practice areas include patent, trademark, copyright, and IP licenses and agreement. She works with a variety of technology areas including computer hardware/software systems, computer networking, mobile devices, telecommunications, avionics, optics, food science, agritechnology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and the mechanical arts.
As part of a farming family, Mallory is an animal lover and owns a hobby farm dedicated to raising a variety of show and companion animals. She is also very active with Nebraska 4-H. Mallory also enjoys teaching at Creighton University as an adjunct professor of law.
