Rebecca Bortolotti



Rebecca focuses on a holistic approach to competitive insulation that maximizes the positive impact of research, innovation and technology for her clients.  She recently returned to private practice after nearly 10 years in-house as chief technology counsel of a large publicly traded company.

Rebecca blends her extensive in-house experience with creativity to deliver a holistic approach to the innovation and technology needs of her clients. She specializes in securing intellectual property and transactions related to innovation and technology, including opinions, licensing and due diligence matters. Rebecca works in a variety of technology areas including: biotechnology, medical device, food science, telecommunications, computer hardware, software and networking systems, and electrical and mechanical arts. She also advises clients in the areas of Cybersecurity, E-commerce, and Artificial Intelligence.

Rebecca is passionate about the growth and development of others and routinely volunteers her time to provide learning opportunities for women lawyers in their aspirations to lead. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family and spending time at the ocean... any ocean.
