Ryan T. Grace
Ryan is a founding partner of Advent IP, an intellectual property law firm specializing in intellectual property procurement, protection, and strategy. Ryan’s practice focuses on U.S. and foreign patent strategies for some of the largest companies in the world. The patent prosecution aspect of his practice includes a concentration in the areas of food, food processing, and consumer packaging. Ryan also has nearly a decade of experience in the areas of software, firmware, networks, telecommunications, mobility, global position system (GPS) technologies, computer hardware, e-commerce, mechanical arts, food packaging, and food processing.
Prior to forming Advent IP, Ryan found and managed a regional office for one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the United States. He currently manages the relationship of a local fortune 500 company along with several other local, national and international entities. Ryan has been published in several national and local legal journals. He has spoken at multiple intellectual property seminars and he is an inventor on several U.S. and international patent applications. Ryan is also a former adjunct professor of intellectual property law at Creighton Law School.
